Bhushi Dam is 5  km from the accommodation. The nearest airport is Pune,  from 4 Bhk and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service.

House/ Bungalow Rules:

1.  Security Deposit of Rs 2000/- (up to 8 persons) / Rs 4000/- (for more than 8 persons) to be paid at the time of Check-In.
2. Rs 1000/- will be charged for every 1 hr of overstay beyond the Check-Out time.
3. No loud music after 10 pm.
4. Please take care of your belongings as Leisure Villas will not be responsible for the damage/loss of the same.
5. Maximum 2 Cars allowed inside the Complex.
6. Pets not allowed. Smoking allowed outside the Villa.
7. Swimming Pool to be used with your own care.
8. No refund in case of unforeseen circumstances or No show by the Guest.
9. Any activity deemed illegal by Indian Laws not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

1. 50% refund if canceled 10 days prior to the Check-In Date.
2. 0% refund if canceled within 10 days of the Check-In Date.
